We specialize in fashion earrings, offering a variety of trendy and stylish designs to suit different tastes and occasions.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Poland.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. What materials are your earrings made of?

Our earrings are made from a variety of materials such as alloy, stainless steel, and coated metals. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

If you have sensitive ears, we recommend checking product descriptions carefully or contacting us before purchasing.

6. Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Some of our earrings are designed to be more suitable for sensitive ears, but not all are hypoallergenic.

7. Can I return or exchange my earrings?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at flamcourngabuimn@gmx.net. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
